As I have my entire career as an author, pastor, and family life educator, I will stand unapologetically for the sanctity of life from conception, rooted in Biblical truth that every human is made in God's image. I fully back our state’s strong pro-life laws that include protections for the physical life of the mother, including the fight to defund predatory abortion providers like Planned Parenthood and trafficked abortion pills while supporting mothers, families and incentivizing adoption. No amount of pressure from my opponents will weaken my commitment to protect the unborn.

There are many misconceptions that being pro-life means being against assisting mothers who are tragically experiencing miscarriages. I am a mother who experienced an ectopic pregnancy where my baby implanted outside of my uterus and I would have died. I understand first-hand having my life in danger due to a pregnancy and having to have surgery-intervention in self-defense. Intervention for an ectopic pregnancy or the need to remove remains due to an incomplete miscarriage is not the same as an elective abortion and abortion providers partnering with abusers and targeting our vulnerable communities.

I have been on the front lines of pro-life advocacy and legislation in Oklahoma for almost 10 years and don't plan on stopping now.
